Jamie is a trained mindfulness facilitator and is available for hire to teach your organisation an introduction to mindfulness course. Each participant receives practical guidance and a 45 page workbook.
Jamie is also a contract facilitator for Mindfulness Works in the Brisbane area. Mindfulness Works is Australia’s largest mindfulness training organisation and provides 4 week non-religious, practical mindfulness courses for absolute beginners.
