Mindfulness Classes

Over time and with regular practice, many people find that mindfulness meditation reduces stress, anxiety and self-judgement, as well as improves sleeping patterns and overall well-being.

Holding a Mindfulness Diploma and currently undertaking a Diploma of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Jamie is a trained and experienced mindfulness facilitator and is available for hire to teach you, or your organization about mindfulness meditation.  Each participant receives practical guidance and a 45 page workbook.

Jamie Rose used to be a contract facilitator for Mindfulness Works Australia and now resides in New York City.  Mindfulness Works is Australia’s largest mindfulness training organization and provides 4 week non-religious, practical mindfulness courses for beginners online or face to face.
