Everything you do, say, think and feel causes a chemical reaction on a cellular level within the brain and body. Conducting a random act of kindness may just seem like a “fluffy” nice thing to do, however it produces far more complex scientifically validated results than meets the eye.
RAK’s boost psychological health by releasing happy chemicals in the brain of both the giver and receiver (serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin and endogenous opioids).
There are many activities that people can undertake to produce more happy chemicals within the brain. Conducting a RAK is just one thing a person can do to actively alter their own brain functionality and increase their overall wellbeing levels.
The Happiness Ninja has conducted self funded RAKs in multiple countries around the world since 2015 & always welcomes anyone who wants to join in and/or help create a happier world.
